Whatever you’d expect to see when rambling through the country areas of England and neighbouring countries are likely to be included in this series. These paintings celebrate the vast native or iconic wildlife of the UK through warm, autumnal colours, energetic mark-making and a combination of mediums. Rural areas of Britain are home to an abundance of birds, mammals and more; some thriving in their environments, while others face challenges through agriculture and loss of habitat due to the growing infrastructure of urban areas.
